ELABORATION: The harvest was the 27th of august for the chardonnay and the 31th for the muscatel. We pick them during the night when the grapes are cold to preserve all the freshness and to avoid oxidations because of the high temperature of the day. In the cellar we cold the must and it ferments between 12-18ºC. We keep the wine with the lees for three months before filtering and bottling.
TASTING: Bright pale yellow with green hues. Highly intense aroma. Notes that combine floral and fruitful aromas, especially the scent of orange-blossom and white fruits, such as the pineapple, pear and apple with a touch of citrus aromas. Refreshing, very fruity.
At the beginning - very soft and creamy. An explosion of fruits that creates a pleasant fresh sensation in the mouth. Citric notes reminding of the lime peel. Long lasting wine that reflects the characteristics of the Muscat, this Mediterranean variety.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 10° to 17°.
